The Southern Battle Gamers are an activity of the Sylvania Heights Community & Youth Club. Members from around Sydney meet at the Youth Club rooms to play both historical and non-historical war games of many types and periods. Please check the Games page for a complete list. However, even if it is not listed we may have someone who is interested in playing whatever game it is. The best way to find out, is to join our forum and ask, or just come along and chat to us.

The group currently meets Friday nights and Sundays during the day, along with mini competitions and other special events held during the year. See the Events and About Us pages for more details.

The group has its own terrain, boards and tables available, as well as having its own dedicated rooms for members to use. New players are always welcome at the rooms, or just come and watch to see what its all about.

Our group also runs a major war gaming event during the year known as Mother of All Battles (MOAB) which is a large, popular three day event held over the NSW Labour Day (October) long weekend.
